Had a recent hair cut with LHG.  Good experience....the last time I was in I had been a little disappointed because the shampoo girl didn't do much of a scalp massage (and that's one of my favorite parts of going to a salon).  No skimping this time - I got the full shampoo experience...even an exfoliating treatment for my hair (I had never even heard of that before - apparently it removes pollution, build up, etc).  I'm pleased with the cut but was a little disappointed that Robert didn't style it himself.  His assistant did a pretty good job but there is only one Robert. When he styles my hair I feel like I look my best and it last 2-3 days - this time it was a 1 day do and there was little 'ahhing or ohhing' from my friends afterwards.

Just got my second haircut from here and Robert did his thing once again!!! I'm very picky of who cuts my hair but once I find that one stylist that can work with my hair I'm going to stay.

I'm easy going with my cut...I dont really care how it looks as long as I can manage it. I came in and told Robert he can do whatever he wants with it and all I wanted was side bangs and the length. He gave me a haircut of his own and all of the customers in the salons really liked it! one girl even said I looked like a new person!

you will pay for what you get and the service is amazing! its worth every penny! and your hair is something people notice first so I don't go cheap on my hair.

Had a great experience here. Nicki cut/styled my hair--I loved the results and I loved her personality. I prefer a stylist who's friendly, but not overly chatty. This is what I found Nicki to be. She made me feel comfortable but focused on what she was doing. I have long hair and other stylists have made me feel like the extra hair was a burden and charged me more money; instead, Nicki seemed to enjoy the challenge and looked forward to working her magic on me. I left there feeling great and turning heads. The front desk guy was also really sweet. I was a walk-in and he had no problem fitting me in. He went out of his way to make me comfortable. The hair-washing station is a little unique: you sort of lie down on this soft table instead of sit to get your hair washed. I enjoyed it. P.S. the music's great--anything from indie to rap--sounds like my Pandora station!
